Brief Description
Carving in ivory of an elephant with two figures seated upon a saddle and one figure riding the elephant. The figures appear to be on a hunt, as the rider is wealding a spear and the figures in the saddle are holding rifles. The figures are mounted upon a rectangular base. The base has two holes at the front, below the spear which the rider is holding, there was possibly a figure of an animal in this space in the past (a tiger/ leopard).
