Pre-Aztec, found 9ft below ground in valley of Mexico near Azcopotzalco in 1917. Believed to be of tribe of Tepanecans. Circa AD. 800 - 1000. Presented by Dr J. McPherson. Tampico, Mexico, 1921'. The Tepanec people appear to have been a sister culture of the Aztects wo were based in the Valley of Mexico from the late 12th to early 13th Century.
