| Activity | George Dallas (1878-1961), was born on 6 August 1878 in Glasgow. He studied at the London School of Economics and became General Secretary of the Independent Labour Party in 1912. He was elected member of parliament for Wellingborough, 1929-1931 and was Justice of the Peace in Northamptonshire in 1938. He died on 4 January 1961. |
