ActivityDuncan Macnair Connell was born in Muckairn, Argyll, in 1823, and trained in Glasgow for the Free Church. He was ordained to the parish of Fortingall in 1862, but was then admitted to the Church of Scotland in 1878 and appointed to the parish of St. Kiaran's, Glasgow, in 1879. He remained there for the rest of his ministry, resigning in 1900. He died in Crieff in 1905.
