ActivityThe Highland Land Law Reform Association of Ross and Cromarty was formed at a meeting held on the 29 October 1883. The name was changed to the Mulbuie Land Law Reform Association in 1883. The headquarters of the association were in Dingwall with branches throughout the counties of Ross and Cromarty. The object of the association was to effect changes in the Land Laws in favour of the people of the Highlands and Islands of Scotland through public meetings and the publication of facts concerning the present system of land tenure.
