Brief Description | Wooden 'mancala' gaming board in dark wood with large grey seeds as gaming pieces. Used to play 'pit and pebble' games such as wari. Fourteen circular holes on five pillars, four of which are undecorated but the central one is cylindrical with square sections cut out. The pillars form part of a raised rectangular base, on top of a larger rectangular flat base. The pillar base has a diamond shape flanked by two squares carved out on both long sides. |
