Brief Description	Medal in small red box with writing on the base 'Pendant Russian decoration celebrating the centenary of the imperial milit. academy of mecidine of St Petersburg. To be worn on the watch chain when not in uniform. The medal is shield shaped in gold with a blue snake circling a cup and drinking from the top. There is a large 'C' wrapped in wreath and russian words down either side. The reverse is blank but the pins which hold on the obverse can be seen. The box contains a piece of card with what looks like russian writing. The box does not appear to be the original of the medal as it holds the markers mark of a london company.
