Robert W. Reid Black and white photograph of Professor Robert W. Reid, M.D., LL.D., F.R.C.S., 1851-1939. Originator of 'Reid's Baseline' and honorary curator of the Anthropological Museum at the University of Aberdeen from 1907-1938. Also Demonstrator of Anatomy, 1873-77, and then Lecturer in Anatomy, 1877-89, at St. Thomas' Hospital Medical School. He was Regius Professor of Anatomy at the University of Aberdeen from 1889-1925.
