'Folk-song' No. lix; see also MS.998/7/4/25.

MSS. 998/7/3/29-36 (dated 1907-1908) features a collection of notes in shorthand by James Bruce Duncan, of folk songs from various sources, together with some longhand or printed versions from contributors.

MSS. 998/7/3/44-60 (c.1906) features a collection of words and some music of ballads and various sonds sent to James Bruce Duncan by various contributors; some of the items listed on envelope in which they were contained appear to have been removed.

MSS. 998/7/3/61-73 (Undated) is a collection of miscellaneous versions of folk songs and folk airs, made by James Bruce Duncan.</dc:description>
