  <dc:description>The Society of Magnetic Resonance Second Annual Scientific Meeting.  This bundle contains a reprint of the talk entitled 'The Impact of New Imaging Technology on Health Care, Research and Teaching:  What is to be expected in the future?' given by Professor Mallard at the Society of Magnetic Resonance Second Annual Scientific Meeting, 16-19 August 1983 in San Francisco, California.  The paper was printed as part of the proceedings of the meeting in the American Journal of Roentgenology: Diagnostic and Related Sciences (AJR),142, January 1984.  There are also two letters; one from Professor Alexander R. Margulis, Department of Radiology, University of California dated 25 October 1982, thanking Professor Mallard for his contribution and Professor Mallard's reply dated 5 November 1982 thanking Professor Margulis for his hospitality and requesting expenses for the flight to the above meeting. 

These copies are: the paper is a photocopy, the letter from Professor Margulis is the original and the letter from Professor Mallard is a copy. </dc:description>
