The paper was printed as part of the proceedings of the meeting in the American Journal of Roentgenology: Diagnostic and Related Sciences (AJR),142, January 1984. There are also two letters; one from Professor Alexander R. Margulis, Department of Radiology, University of California dated 25 October 1982, thanking Professor Mallard for his contribution and Professor Mallard's reply dated 5 November 1982 thanking Professor Margulis for his hospitality and requesting expenses for the flight to the above meeting.
