Evacuation Study Draft Report: Evacuation in the Event of Postulated Riser Leaks within the Central Core The report examines the consequences of riser leaks in the central core, and has determined the likely leak rates, flame sizes and the consequent vulnerability of other risers failing, and assessed the evacuation provisions for a variety of these scenarios.
