(Dugald) Macdonald was one of  Ranald Macdonald's brothers (John, who did work for the estates in Buckie, and worked for the City of Glasgow Bank there, was another) and there is some estate material in the letterbooks. Dugald Macdonald helped with rental collections on occasion. There are also papers relating to the Farr Estate for which Macdonald and Scott were agents.</dc:description>
