Heads of a conversation held between Mahomet Ali Pacha, Viceroy of Egypt, General Sherbrooke and Captain Fellows The Pacha agrees to prevent the French or an army of any other nation entering Alexandria by land, and to supply water to British ships. When the British troops have evacuated Alexandria, the British Prisoners of war (except those who wish to stay in Egypt) and Egyptian hostages, will be exchanged September 15th 1807
