<dc:description>Saying that Mustapha Bey was, at his own request, returning to his native land (Turkey?) and that as a result Lieutenant Matheson had felt it his duty to return to Cairo, as he appeared to have been given permission to go to Alexandria on mutual parole with Mustapha Bey, who seemed to have broken his. Asks that an escort might be sent to Elkp to accompany Matheson to Rosetta and thence back to Cairo</dc:description>
