Letter from the General to the Two Albanian Chiefs ['see MS 3470/6/1/1703'] Regretting that after friendship in freeing the country from its "natural foes " the English and Albanians appeared now as enemies. Explains that the army was in Egypt pursuant to orders the General had received from his government to whom alone he was accountable, and that the Albanians must use their own judgement about implementing their threat to attack April 26th 1807
