Letter from General Mackenzie Fraser to Rear-Admiral Sir Thomas Louis Reporting that the Sheik of Elko had met the Albanian Chief who was enquiring for boats, presumably to convey troops across the Cut on their way to Alexandria. Asks the Admiral to keep a look out for any such movement April 26th 1807
