Letter from Lord Seaforth to the General Complaining of his life in Barbados, the climate, his treatment about his pay and the fact that he has had no letters from the General. Authorises the General to lay before Mr Dundas his resignation as Lord Lieutenant of Ross-shire and Colonel of the Ross-shire Militia unless the question of his pay is satisfactorily settled.
