Includes five different versions in manuscript, and typed copies of versions delivered to the British Medical Association Popular Lecture, 1939; Ann Arbour University, 1959; the Young Peoples' Scientific Association, 1969 and other organisations. A fuller list of organisations to whom the speech was delivered, 1939 - 1969, accompanies the file. Correspondence relating to the British Medical Association annual meeting (Aberdeen) and popular lecture event is also present in this file, including a list of 'popular lecturers', 1914 - 1938. There is also one typescript copy of lecture entitled 'Other Tales of Mystery and Imagination', delivered to the Bowman Physiological Society, 22 October 1935. 1930s - 1960s
