<dc:title>Letters from James Bruce Duncan to Gavin Greig</dc:title>
<dc:description>Is glad to learn that Gavin Greig is recovering from indisposition; encloses copy of lecture given by James Bruce Duncan and discusses at length misrepresentations in newspaper reports which might lead to misunderstanding between them and the New Spalding Club; had written to the press explaining the position and how they were collaborating; had been asked by Col. Allardyce of Colquoich to lunch to discuss possibility of giving a lecture in Aberdeen, but would suggest such a move to be premature. [Note: The letter breaks off at this point unfinished. A third sheet found loose among the letters - now listed as MS 2732/26/17a was attached by William Walker as perhaps belonging to it, but this seems doubtful.]</dc:description>
