  <dc:description>Bond and disposition granted at Edinburgh by Andrew Fraser, apperand of Stanywoode. Duncan Forbes of Lethindie principal tacksman of tiend sheaves by assignation etc. at Edinburgh on 29 Jan 1618 had made Fraser his assignee in a tack of 28 September 1615 by Alex. Youngson, parson of Durris, with consent of Andrew fraser of Stoneywoode (Andrew's father) as patron of parsonage of Durris and others prebendaries thereof., to said  Duncan forbes, of tiendsheaves of parish of Durris etc. for 19 years. Assignation had been acquired by Andrew Fraser senior &amp; son's name only  lent and given thereto and benefits &amp; Etc. are therefore now transferred from son to father and tack delivered to him for his use.Procuratory of registration included. Duly signed and witnessed. No old refs.</dc:description>
