Alex., on behalf of his wife , Isobell Gordoun, and Andrew Fraser, son of John Fraser of Querrelbuss.</dc:title>
  <dc:description>Following the contract between father and son at Fraserburgh on 7 or 11 Nov. 1607nd anothr at Inverallochy of --- Aug. 1608 assigning to his son lands and barony of Phillorth, Carnburg, Innernorth, ( with mill of Phillorth), Ardglassie (with mill), Bruxie, Rathin,, Ardmakrane, Memsie, Walkmill, Canner-----, Kinbog, Kirktoun of Phillorth, sequels of Kinglass, Kirkwall and Ardley, over and Nether Pitullie, Pittallachies, Boigheid, Cuburties, Urinell, Littill Drumquhindill, with the new toun of  Outlaw colled Brokiestoun,  ----tertie with salmon fishing on water of Deveron, ?Sbuitchie and Tyrie with mill, port of Fraserburgh called Faithlie, its fortalice called Kynnaird, Kirktoun of Tyrie and Cairtmyres, etc., fishing rights etc., lands of Kyndrocht and Denend (with mill), Inverallochie "our fortalice", with fishings, etc., ?Honsilhill and Rathnachie etc., all in sheriffdoms of Aberdeen and Banff. Two charters to be granted, one of Sir Alex. and the other for his immediate superior on resignation or confirmation for new infeftment, procutatory of resignation being included. Numerous clauses are too detailed to summarise. Mention is made of marriage contract between Alex. Fraser and the late Mistress Margaret Abernethie, his first wife. Andrew Fraser has been  infeft since Nov.1607 in over  and nether Pittullie anf Seytoun thereof etc. and in "auldoutlaw called brokisputtt, Fattiehead and Greinlaw." Mentions debts of Sir. Alex. (?for which son is to be respondible) totalling ? 15,000 merks.</dc:description>
