Discharge of feudalities granted by Sir Alexander fraser of Phillorth and Fraserburgh at Fraserburgh in favour of William Cuik in Urineth and Marjorie Forbes , his spouse & their heirs In view of the largeness of the sum (2000 merks) for which lands of Urinall are wadset -- and their small value, Cuik is discharged from payment of £16 Scots feudality during non-redemption and is to be granted a yearly discharge therefrom and ? also be exempt from ward duty.
