Each page of rental &amp; etc is signed by Udny and Gordon and followed by formal fitting and clearing duly signed by both parties and witnessed at Culter on 1 Sept 1770 by two servants to Udny.
A note states that rental for 1768 was the same as that for 1767 without any variation.</dc:description>
