They had consulted Robert Dundas regarding her son's affairs and a copy of advice given is enclosed - see 270-  other account of matters discussed will be given verbally by Ballogie. Measures being taken to have Charles Fraser served heir to his father as soon as possible and a procuratory required to be signed by her and returned is enclosed and she is also asked to search for  and send down disposition by by Alex. Wilson, merchant in Fraserburgh who had an adjudication against Lord Fraser's estate assigned to Charles, Earl of Mar which was not disposed by John Earl of Mar to Inverallochie with the rest.
