<dc:title>Memorial for Charles Fraser, now of Muchall.</dc:title>
<dc:description>Memorial for Charles Fraser, now of Muchall - opinion thereon by unnamed lawyer [perhaps Mr Robert Dundas - see 271 +272]. Advises Charles Fraser to serve himself heir in special to his father in the lands of Inverallochy (these being to heir of line or heirs whatsoever), which will include a general service & give some right to disposition from Earl of Mar to apprising in favour of his father. To be seen if any creditors had been infeft upon apprisings or not and if so if dispositions to Mar contained procuratories of resignations or not. If not then he is to take out a plain charter of apprising of Muchall, bur otherwise charter of resignation is necessary and both if some infeft and others not.</dc:description>
