  <dc:title>Extract of decreet anent the summons and action of intrusion and rednotion raised at the instance of Charles, Lord Fraser against  William, Lord Saltoun, John Jamiesone in Kinbogg, Andrew Smith in Mains of Phillorth and Andrew Mitchell in New Milne thereof.</dc:title>
  <dc:description>Same dispute re ownership of piece of land called the "Eyleark" to which Lord Fraser says Saltoun has no right- seemingly on the boundary of their lands  ? in Cairnbulg and has been laboured by Saltoun's people since 1687 - said to be worth ?? 20 bolls yearly at £6 Sc. per boll, Charles Lord Fraser was returned heir to his father on 7 Mar. 1683. Defender holds himself to be infeft in same land  by charter under Gt. seal as part of barony of Phillorth - but held by pursuer that this right only obtained under decreet of adjucation, after petitions by both parties their lordships granted commission to Sir James Scougall of Whithill one of their number to visit the place of the dispute and toreceive evidence regarding possession with 1 Nov. next as day of report to them.
