  <dc:description>Dame Elizabeth Creichtoun, relict [&amp; 3rd wife] of the late Andrew, Lord Fraser, and her sons Thomas and James Fraser by him, and on behalf of her daughters, Margaret and Elizabeth Fraser, grants procuratory for obtaining of brieves furth of Crown or Chancellary etc. for serving Thomas Fraser, if alive, whom failing this, his brother James, as heir of provision of 3rd marriage of their father the late Andrew, Lord Fraser and obtain precepts of sasine or of clare constat to have them infeft as heirs of provision. Mother promises to warrant discharge &amp; procuratory given to Andrew, now Lord Fraser by ratification by sons and daughters on attaining majority or on marriage and to maintain them during her lifetime from liferent &amp; to relieve step-son of tiend duties &amp; victual furth of lands concerned in disposition granted by him due to college of Aberdeen &amp; other burdens for stock or tiend &amp; sons agree to same after her death. Breaks off near conclusion of clause of procuratory of registration.</dc:description>
