  <dc:title>Contract and disposition between Andrew, Lord Fraser, as heritable proprietor of lands concerned, and Francis Fraser of Kinmundy.</dc:title>
  <dc:description>In return for payment of 8000 merks, Francis Fraser is granted a disposition of lands etc. of Cowburtie,Urinall, Pluckruff, Bridgend, with mill and mill-lands etc. in parish of Aberdour, with infeftment therein including sea fishing rights to be held of Lord Fraser, himself and also of immediate superior by resignation or conformation - procuratory of resignation is included - Francis Fraser is also assigned rights in tiendsheaves and parsonage, tiends of these lands . Mention made however of tack of tiends granted by Master Maxwell Martin, minister of the gospel to the late Andrew , Lord Fraser &amp; his heirs etc. Entry to be at Whit. last 1667 &amp; Francis Fraser to relieve Lord Fraser of all duties, stipends, public burdens, on the lands from that date. As lands are part of the barony of Cairnbulg, held tax ward of the king, Francis |Fraser promises to relieve Lord Fraser of due proportion of tax ward duties etc.. Precept of sasine &amp; procuratory of reegistration  are also included. |Duly included &amp; witnessed.</dc:description>
