Primrose, Clerk Register. 26 sheets in scroll in O.Sc. and too lengthy to summarise but compare 215 which is part of a similar extract abstract. The Phillorth lairds, elder and younger are involved and finally Lord Fraser agreed to pay  Phillorth , younger,  10,000 merks in satisfaction of penalty imposed and thus obtained decreet.
