On payment of the 6,000 merks Harper and his wife or the survivor or their heirs in fee are to be possessed of wadset5 of toun and lands of Easter Gight being twa pleughs &amp; toun &amp; lands called Milne of Air being ane pleugh &amp; walkmilne etc.in barony of Muchall &amp; parish of Gight with multures thereof redeemable under reversion. Infeftment to be granted therein  by Fraser of himself and his heirs for feuferm (amount not stated) &amp; his immediate superior under same conditions(as ...... himself, tack and tiend sheaves is also to be granted during period of  new redemption for payment yearly of 2 shillings Scotch &amp; stipend &amp; tiend duty etc  due to minister of kirk at Gight furth of these lands. Entry at Whit. 1656. Breaks off after clauses respecting redemption &amp; possible escheat.</dc:description>
