  <dc:description>In return for 10,000 merks Lord Fraser dispones to Leslie and his wife in liferent &amp; to son etc. in fie the toun and lands of Coubourtie &amp; of Urinell etc. &amp; fresh and salt water fishings thereof and also Brigend of Cowbourtie &amp; tiendsheaves of the whole, in barony of Cairnbulg, parish of Aberdour with two infeftments, one of Lord Fraser etc. in feuferm &amp; heritable property for yearly payment[blank] as quadruple of retour  duties thereof, the other of Fraser's immediate superior on the same terms as he has held it. charters with precept of sasine to be granted accordingly. Procuratory of resignation is excluded to this end. Entry as from Mart. 1654. Heirs of George Leslie to be entered by Precept of Clare Constat for new infeftment.
