Burnett, fear thereof, his eldest son, who had obtained letters of [?]lawborrows requiring the complainers to find caution being, it is alleged wrongfully threatened with horning - [?] are only labourers of the ground and not liable under appropriate act - willing to find caution - therefore agreed that hornings be suspended &amp; case to be heard before 12 Nov. next.</dc:description>
