  <dc:description>Letters of ? horning issued under the signet of James VI at Edinburgh. Signetted? 9 January. Following a decreet attained at the instance of Andrew Fraser of Stanywod on 11 December last against Thomas Fraser of Durris, Alex. Fraser his son, Alex. Gordon, ? chancellor of Murray, Gilbert Irving of Cuiltertie, Alex. Irving of Drum and Alex. Gordon, now of Albergeldy respecting dispute between complainer and late Alex. Gordon of Abergeldy and his son now Alex. Gordon of Abergeldy regarding marches of faulds of Auquharthies and Corslene and Abergeldy's lands and Kynnarny. Thomas and Alexander Fraser were chosen as arbiters for one party and Murray and Gilbert for the other, with Alex. Irving as "odman" and aaersman chosen by both parties. 
Arbiters charged to make their submission to the Court of Session under pain of horning within a certain time. 
Endorsement: "Wrettio concerning ye detaitabill landis betwixt Muchall and Abergeldie"
