Retour of servise after decreet of reduction and improbation, Fraser had been summoned to appear in Aberdeen Sheriff Court on 8 July 1631 and there is something about letters issued in 1628. Portion of seal still adhering. Also mention of Sir Thomas Hope ofn Craighall, Crown Advocate, and george Johnstone as heir of the late Alex. Johnstone of Eddem (?). A faint endorsement mentions Caskieben on Parchment inLatin [Not sure what this is. Cannot find in R.M.S.]</dc:description>
