Lettrick, in favour of Andrew Fraser of Stanywode, elder, on payment of certain unspecified sums, respecting tack to Fraser and his heirs male for 7 liferents and 7 periods of 19 years in tiendsheaves and parsonage tiends.</dc:title>
  <dc:description>As above,Tiendsheaves and parsonage tiends of Ahcharth, Glack, Over and Nether Corskies 7 faulds of Donnahoy and Blairneill etc. pertaining to and reoccupied by Fraser in parish of Kyneard and sheriffdom of Aberdeen from crop 1630 yearly payment of 3/4 Sc. as part of the blench duty as in Hamilton's infeftment of erection of lordship of Aberbrothock and temporal lordship &amp; also yearly payment to ministers have the cuneat(?) the kirk of Kynerine 8 bolls of oatmeal as part of modified stipend, furnishing of elements &amp; other burdens on parsonage of this kirk in proportion to tiends listed. To be warranted to fraser as earlier tasks by Hamilton's father &amp; grandfather. Excepted from above is the general submission made to the crown anent above tiends and also heritable disposition to Fraser and his heirs anent the same. Contains procuratory of registration.
