Contains precept directing James Baird, advocate, to grant sasine in said lands to Andrew Fraser, younger, etc. On parchment  in Latin duly signed and witnessed. In dorso in O.Sc. is record of granting of sasine by James Baird on 18 Sep. 1629, see 155.</dc:description>
