Apparently concerning stipend at Rathen, 600 merks, ? and also at the new kirk at ?Strichen, once part of the Rathen parish & tack ? of tiends of Carnbulg, granted to late Duncan Davidson parson there by the late Sir Alex. Fraser of fraserburgh of 17 Aug. 1599 & legal action later, on ?29 July 1625 or 1626. Endorsed as "The quallfiet tack of Carnbulg wit ye Walsavation" & ye Lord Fraser's his decreet for his kirk steipand of his lands of carnbulge with the extrack of Mr Wm.
