  <dc:description>Extract by J. Hamilton, clerk register, of decreet then given in Edinburgh by lords of council and session anent summonds raised at the instance of Andrew Fraser of Stanywod against John Ogilvie in ?Denzeldie. There had been a contract or letter of tack  agreed between them at Carnbulg on 22 Oct. 1624 respecting tack of Urinell to Ogilvie for 5 years from Whit. 1625 for 11 bolls victual, 2 wedders or 10 merks, 12 capons of £4Sc., 12 hens , 6 geeses or £3 &amp; other casualties + 500 merks payable at Whit. 1625 to remain in Fraser's hands until the expiry of the tack. John Ogilvie to be allowed @ rent thereon alleged that feudalities have not been paid although Ogilvie had been given possession of the lands.
 Their lordships therefore (now) decern that Ogilvie pay to Fraser the feuduties outstanding &amp; to quit the lands of Urinall with family etc. to allow Fraser to repossess the same. Defender alleges that sums due have been paid and is asked to submit proof &amp; other caution for sums claimed or until th expiry of the tack- also due to apy expenses of £10 Sc.
