(?)Craik or Cuik etc.[44 others] for the wrongeous violent and m...... spoilation &amp; witholding by them and thier servants in months of Aug. Sept. &amp; Oct. 1626 furth of the arable &amp; cornfields of lands mentioned the tiendsheaves of corn grown thereon of crop and year 1626 in parish of Rathen pertaining to pursuer titulat thereof under precept of Inhibition raised against them by him - amounts taken by each person are then detailed. Their lordships then decerned against the defenders who were ordered to make restitution of tiendsheaves taken to the pursuer as in summons in decreet obtained in favour of Simon, Lord Fraser of Lovat etc. against Master ..........
Davidson, now parson of Rathen, Patrick,Bishop of Aberdeen &amp; the dean &amp; chapter of the cathedral kirk of Aberdeen, renewing (?) a tack made and set by the late Duncan Davidson, parson at Rathen, with consent of bishop and dean etc. to Sir Alex. Fraser of  Fraserburgh &amp; his heirs and assignees of tiendsheaves &amp; vicarage teinds of parish of Rathen for certain tiend duty dated 23 Aug. 1579 &amp; reg. 29 July 1626.
