Fraser formerly of Durris and now of Carnebulg, and son, said Robert, registered on 31 July 1620, obliging payment to Sir Alex. Fraser of £10,000 Sc - sum now in hands[?] of Crown for non-payment of debts. Privy Seal had been impressed but wax no longer adhering.  Written to the Privy Seal 29 Nov. 1620 and sealed the same day &amp; registered the same day. Old refs. 14 or 12.</dc:description>
