See 298/15 These letters concern "aught oxingett"[8 oxgang land] (occupied by William Gray) of Culburtie, disponed to Chalmer by George Baird, now renounced in favour of Andrew Fraser of Stoneywood on payment of 1200 merks & a year's tack, from redemption, as in letters of reversion granted initially to Sir Alex. Fraser of Fraserburgh to which Andrew Fraser had acquired right and granted discharge & all rights renounced in his favour by Chalmer so that property may be consolidated with superiorities of the same.
