These letters concern "aught oxingett"[8 oxgang land] (occupied by William Gray) of Culburtie, disponed to Chalmer by George Baird, now renounced in favour of Andrew Fraser of Stoneywood on payment of 1200 merks &amp; a year's tack, from redemption, as in letters of reversion granted initially to Sir Alex. Fraser of Fraserburgh to which Andrew Fraser had acquired right and granted discharge &amp; all rights renounced in his favour by Chalmer so that property may be consolidated with superiorities of the same. Infeftment is to be granted to Fraser. Procuratory of registration is included.
