  <dc:description>Extractof registration, at Edinburgh, by George Hay, clerkregistrar on that day, of letters of inhibition produced by John [?] Cairnhoull, servitor to thomas Nicolson, younger, advocate, for that purpose. 
Letters raised at the instance of James, Master of Deskford, as assignee against Robert Fraser fiar of Cairnbulg respecting bond of 5 Aug. 1617 for £2,000 Sc.  &amp; infeftment of John Forbes of Pitsligo &amp; Alex. Forbes, his eldest son in toun and lands of Cairnbulg &amp; etc.
 Robert Fraser has assigned to Forbes rights to tiendsheaves &amp; other rights in Cairnbulg. 
Complainer alleges this was to his detriment and has raised this inhibition against Robert Fraser to prevent any further such action.
Letter signed at Edinburgh under Signet on 11 June 1619 &amp; executed 4 May 1620 &amp; again on 9 May at mercat cross of Forfar &amp; on 24 May at mercat cross of Aberdeen. Old refs. (25) and 41.</dc:description>
