Gilkiston, Glasgow, to his cousin Mrs. J. S. Lyon apparently enclosing a copy of a genealogical tree of the Glenmoriston family and an undated memorandum to Captain George Grant, Indian Navy, by his aunt, Mrs. Brown; this was sent to James Murray Grant of Glenmoriston, and it is followed by his comments thereon - dated Glenmoriston August 1835. The final item copied is the note dated 11 April 1902 by Eliza Grant (see MS 2528/24). 12 February 1846
