  <dc:title>Kintore, Earls of: three letters</dc:title>
<dc:description>Kintore, Earls of: three letters of 6 March 1871, 16 May ----, and 23 March 1904. The first [written in the third person to a Miss ? Pidwich] must refer to the 8th Earl [who died 18 July 1880], the second [for which no year is given] may be written by 8th Earl in person, and the third must be by the 9th Earl [whosucceeded his father in 1880 and died in 1930]. All three are attributed by the dealer to the '10th Earl of Kintore (1852-1930), A.D.C. to King Edward VII and George V', which must be erroneous , as the signatures to the second and third letters are dissimilar and the dates given are incorrect.</dc:description>
