Precept of sasine, parsonage teinds lying on the east territories of Old Aberdeen, in favour of George Strachan Precept under the Great Seal granted by King James VI direct to the masters and members of the said College as superiors of the foresaid croft requiring them to give infeftment thereon in favor of George Strachan Burgess of Aberdeen as having fallen in the King's hands by reason of the said Thomas Bastardy.
