Charter, Regent's Crofts, in favour of Berold Innes Charter granted by the Masters of the College of the Croft and lands called the Regents Crofts or Yards with the Parsonage Teinds never hitherto separated from the stock in favor of Berold Innes, economus, lying on the east side of the college and bounded by Powis burn on the south the way to the links on the north the college butts (Metas Collegii) on the east the college and college kirkyard on the west. 8 May 1589
