Decree, tenement of land in Shiprow Decree at the instance of the said Mr Robert Vaus whereby a tenement of land sometime belonging to the said William Gifford lying in the Shiprow of Aberdeen is decerned to pertain to the pursuer in default of payment of twenty shillings of annunity payable furth of the said tenement to the Chaplain of the said Altarage.
