The document contains a list of names in a alphabetical order with the amount they have subscribed. It is recorded that Sir James McGrigor, Director General of the Army Medical Department, subscribed £52.10.0 followed by a second subscription of £5.5.0. The Earl of Aberdeen subscribed fifty pounds. </dc:description>
