Title is given above table. Table is composed of three main columns: organ, species, and average composition of gas. The first column includes 'air bladder', 'stomach' and 'intestine'. The second column has the following species: 'Erythrinus', 'Lepidosteus', 'Ancistrus', 'Hoplosternum' and 'Misgurnus'. The third column is further divided into 'percentage of oxygen' and 'carbon dioxide' which are further divided into 'normal' and 'suffocated'.
There is a note below the table which reads: '1) Between inhalations 2) Immediately following inhalation.'
