| Description | Index cards in volume. There are two types of index cards:
One type are like the previous index (MSU 1421/4/2/2/7/2 and include name, home address, year of entry and number of student and don't have date of birth, only a year and a reference number (expressed as 55/213, i.e. 1955 date of entry, number in relevant Register of Students, 213).
The other type includes includes name, date of birth, home address, date of entry, class taken (Chapter III, VI or V).
To locate a student either use the Year/Ref. No or in the case of the second type use the date of entry and class taken to consult the relevant Register of Students Admitted. This is the index to:
